Memberships

  • How do I buy a membership?
    You can purchase your membership by clicking ‘buy membership’ on the homepage.
     
  • Do I need to activate my DragonPass membership before using it?
    The self-purchased membership will be activated and ready to use right after the purchase. There will be no need to activate this on the app. All you will need to do is log in using your 16-digit membership number.
  • Do I get any free visits with my membership?
    Memberships include 1 free visit when purchasing. Any additional visits can be purchased at a price of $30 each.
  • How long is my membership valid for?
    Memberships are valid for 12 months. Once your membership has expired, you will simply need to purchase another one. This will not renew after the 12-month period.
  • Can my friends and family use my membership?
    Memberships can only be used by the membership holder, so the person whose name is on the membership.

eCertificates

  • How can I purchase an eCertificate?
    You can purchase an eCertificate by clicking ‘Buy eCert’ on the homepage.
  • Can I only use my eCertificate for a specific date and time?
    eCertificates are valid for 12 months and are not specific to any date and time. It can be used at any time or date from when it is purchased to when it expires.
  • Is my eCertificate lounge specific?
    eCertificates are not lounge specific and can be used at any lounge in any airport stated on this website.
  • Can I use my eCertificate more than once?
    An eCertificate can only be used once. Once you have used it at a lounge, this eCertificate cannot be used again and another one will need to be purchased.
  • How will I receive my voucher?
    As soon as your payment is confirmed and has gone through successfully, your voucher will generate automatically and be emailed to you along with a .pdf version.We suggest saving a copy to your computer, tablet or phone as well as printing off a copy.
  • I don’t have a printer, what can I do?
    Your voucher is generated in .pdf form.If you don’t have a printer you can email a copy to a friend or family member and ask them to print off a copy for you.Alternatively, you can download a copy of your voucher to either or phone or tablet and show this upon arrival at the lounge instead of a paper copy.
  • I have lost my voucher, what can I do?
    We recommend saving a copy of your voucher to your computer so you can re-print it if required.We also recommend that you save a copy to your phone or tablet.You can show your voucher on your phone or tablet at the lounge desk rather than a physical copy.If you have lost your digital copy please email support@dragonpassuk.com and we will resend your eCertificate.

Lounge

  • How do I enter the lounge?
    Present your membership card or your eCertificate to the reception desk at the entrance to the lounge. They will scan either your digital card or eCertificate and allow entry.
  • Can I take guests into the lounge with me?
    Yes, you are able to take guests into the lounge. You will need to make sure that you have topped up enough visits on your membership card before hand for your guests, or have purchased an eCertificate for any guests you wish to take into the lounge.
  • What facilities do lounges offer?
    Lounge facilities differ by each lounge. Most lounges offer the standard snacks, hot and cold drinks, newspapers etc., however some offer more premium services like a la carte menus and shower facilities. You can check lounge facilities on the website by searching for your chosen airport.
  • How long can I stay in the lounge for?
    The length of your stay will vary from lounge to lounge and you will be able to check this before you book your lounge visit on the lounge information pages.  You can typically expect 2-3 hours per stay.
  • What lounges am I allowed access to?
    You will have access to over 1100 lounges globally. To look for a lounge, select ‘search for lounge’ at the top.
  • What are the opening hours of lounges?
    Opening hours vary from lounge to lounge.  Our information pages on each lounge will allow you to view the opening times before booking your visit.
  • What happens if the lounge is full and I am unable to enter?
    If the lounge has no availability you can save your eCert or lounge visit for another journey as they are valid for one year from date of purchase. Alternatively, you can contact us to request a refund.
  • What is the policy regarding children in lounges?
    You can find out each lounge’s policy regarding children on the lounge’s information page on this site prior to booking.  You may be required to purchase additional vouchers for children’s visits.

Dining

  • What offers I can enjoy at the participating dining outlets?
    Simply browse participating restaurants in your airport location, select the dining outlet of your choice. You may see icon of “Discount” “Coupon” or “FastPay” showing in different outlet, this means the respective service is available in the outlet.
  • How can I find participating dining outlets?
    A list of participating dining outlets is available in the App in the dining section. You can find details of offers for each participating restaurant/dining outlet.
  • How often can I use DragonPass dining offers?
    You can use the dining discounts as often as you like within the valid period for the dining program.
  • Can I use the discount to pay for meals for my family and friends?
    Yes, your family and friends can enjoy the dining discounts too as long as you are travelling together.
  • How do I redeem my discount?
    Simply show your discount and membership card to a member of staff at your chosen dining location to use your discount.
